Company Culture

TalktoCanada prides itself by enforcing a highly unique and adaptable company culture.  We do not have a strict schedule – nor are our teachers expected to follow a set plan.  Because our hours each day vary, and the clients that our teachers work with vary – there is a lot of room for creativity and going beyond the “normal” teaching methods to deliver lessons that are specific to each student.

A Typical Day for a Teacher who works with TalktoCanada

1am EST– Group lessons with Middle Eastern students whose primary focus is on business

11am EST – Individual lesson with an Asian student studying to get into Medical School in Canada

3pm EST – Individual lesson with a Spanish student who just wants to keep up his English vocabulary through random conversation

5pm EST – Individual lesson with a South American student whose focus is on accent reduction

8pm EST – Individual lesson with a North American student – a recent immigrant who wants to build up confidence speaking in English
