What is the reason that you chose online English lessons with TalktoCanada.com?

 

I looked in the Internet. I wanted English classes that suit my needs. I love the system of TalktoCanada.com, where you can arrange the class at your own convenience. I save a lot of time having the classes in my house as I don’t have time to go to a proper school.

 

Tell us what you have liked or haven’t liked about taking online English lessons with TalktoCanada.com?

 

I liked the system, and the professionalism of the teachers. What I miss is some offers or promotions or even other systems to lower the price of the classes. For instance, that if you get three classes per week with fixed timetable, you get a special price. This will be good, as then you feel obligated to ‘assist’ to the classes, as the payment will be monthly, not each class independently.

 

Are there any advantages to learning a second language online?

 

I think is good when you already know the language enough to communicate. I wouldn’t recommend it for beginners, but online system is a good way to improve when you are already able to talk. It is good as you can practice the pronunciation with the teacher and the chat allows you to check your grammar or spelling mistakes.

 

Would you say your English has improved since starting your lessons with TalktoCanada.com and how?

 

Yes. I haven’t had so many classes, eight to be exact. But I notice now my main mistakes and I can fix them. That’s the best of having a teacher that you can ask what you want. If you made a mistake all the time and none tells you, you keep doing it and then it becomes a bad habit. I like my teacher telling me my mistakes when I talk and when I write, so I can correct them.

 

Any other additional comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated either about TalktoCanada.com or your teacher?


Beside what I’ve already commented about offering other kind of deals, I like a lot the classes.  They are good to improve the pronunciation and for solving the doubts that come across.  I have to talk, read and write in English everyday at work, so when I see something that I don’t know or I am not sure about, I note it down to ask it to Daniel in my next lesson.


I am very happy with Daniel being my teacher. He is very kind and helps with my pronunciation, with my grammar and with my doubts. Sometimes he is even too nice, as I would like a demanding teacher that requires the homework done, so I have more pressure to do it.
