Great question, the Internet is full of thousands of tests dealing with all kinds of English language. I would recommend going to agendaweb to start off your search for free ESL tests. The site is not the most user friendly site around, but after you spend some time with it you should be able to figure it out. TalktoCanada.com is working on creating useful and free content including tests and quizzes so please check back soon.
